Keep refrigerated and use within specified use-by date. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use product within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Cooking Guide
From Fresh

• Preheat your pan on a high heat and add in your preferred oil
• Once the pan is piping hot, place your burger down for approximately 3 minutes each side to brown
• After browning both sides, you can continue to pan fry on a low heat setting for approximately 4 minutes each side, or place in the oven for approximately 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees
• Leave to rest for 1 minute,ensuring the product it piping hot, has been thoroughly cooked without any pink meat, and juices are running clear
• Serve your Wagyu beef burger to elevate an everyday meal

From Frozen

Defrost in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours (depending on sizeby placing the Wagyu Beef Burgers (still in its packaging or in a sealed container) in the refrigerator. Let it thaw slowly in the fridge, which preserves its texture and flavour.

• Preheat your pan on a high heat
• Place your defrosted Wagyu beef burger onto the pan dry for 2 minute on each side to brown
• Either continue to pan fry on a medium heat for 6 minutes each side or place in the over for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
• Leave to rest for 1 minute, ensuring the product it piping hot, has been thoroughly cooked without any pink meat, and juices are running clear
• Serve your Wagyu beef burger to elevate an everyday meal
