Returns Policy

At Kingsbury Wagyu, we are committed to providing premium quality Wagyu meat. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived in compromised packaging (damaged, leaking, etc.).
  1. How to Request a Return

If your product meets the above criteria, please contact our customer service at info@kingsburywagyu.com  within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photographic evidence to process the claim.

  1. Refund Process

Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement product, or
  • Offer a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • We do not accept returns for any product that has been opened or partially consumed.
  • Any issues that arise due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., failure to refrigerate or freeze meat upon arrival) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
