Keep refrigerated and use within specified use-by date. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use product within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Cooking Guide
As a general guide, cooking times for an 8oz steak:

  • Ensure steak is at room temperature and seasoned to taste
  • Add to a piping hot pan alongside your choice of oil
  • Once steak is on the pan, do not move until you are ready to flip
  • Rare: 2 minutes each side
  • Medium: 3 minutes each side

We recommend cooking your Wagyu Steak to your personal preference and preferred taste.
